As Senior Vice President, Spencer will be responsible for all marina operations. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge with more than a decade of marina operations and development experience. Spencer joins Windward Marina Group after working for several internationally recognized marina management companies, with the most recent being Suntex Marinas, where he worked for six years. His roles were integral in improving asset value, enhancing customer experiences, development & construction, revamping operational processes, and embracing technology.
Spencer is a local Floridian, born and raised in Sarasota. When he’s not on the water boating and fishing, you’ll find him on the golf course with friends. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Florida but roots for the Gators on gameday.
