Windward Marina Group acquires Florida facility
Windward Marina Group of St. Augustine, Fla., said it purchased Beach Marine in Jacksonville, Fla., for $25 million. The sale closed Jan. 17.
The property includes more than 140 acres, with 350 wet slips, storage, a bait shop, sales and service, and the Mavi Waterfront Bar & Grill. It has been family-owned and operated for more than 30 years.
