In September 2024, Windward acquired Mandarin Holiday Marina, rebranding the location as Windward Andreu Marina, to commemorate the original owner of the property and the first lighthouse keeper of the St. Augustine lighthouse.

Nestled in Mandarin, Florida, at the southern tip of Jacksonville, this marina sits along the picturesque eastern banks of the St. Johns River. Known for its stunning sunsets, this area was once celebrated as a “tropical paradise” by the renowned author Harriet Beecher Stowe.
